IDC: Business Agility as an Enabler for Growth

It can take time and considerable energy for a growing business to finally put in place processes and procedures that really work. Of course, the solutions for today’s problems are not likely to be the right ones for tomorrow, never mind two or three years out. Customer requirements, legal obligations, and the competitive environment all continue to evolve.

The key is to have an adaptable, flexible organization that anticipates change (or at least can accommodate it) rather than one that is disrupted and confounded by new developments.
